Online Image Meta date - How to write data?

The help page here does not explain how to write data.

I assume I need to enter something into “Select Property”, but what do I write if I want to add eg a Title, Subject, Description, Lat, Lng?

In addition the read screen has unhelpful titles for Kw, Caption and Copyright and does not read Title

Any help in using this would be appreciated.

I note this “support forum” has zero posts / replies. I trust I will get support
